Important!

Note: DO NOT send any fiber to us that has not been requested by us. All fiber must be pre-approved for processing by us. We do not allow any fiber in the mill that is not owned by the client who is currently being processed. We do not store fiber either. Any fiber sent to us that has not been pre-approved for processing by us and scheduled for processing will be charged a handling fee of $50 and sent back at the shipper's expense. If you would like to have fiber processed you may contact us to schedule an approval time.

Shipping & Recieving

If you have been pre-approved and schedule for processing you will be contacted ahead of time as to when you can drop off your fiber to us.

You can choose to drop off your fiber, or you may have UPS ship it to us. These are the two best methods of delivery.
